Welcome to Vimbs Solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

  • Vimbs Solutions provides IT, software development, digital solutions, and related services as agreed upon in proposals, quotations, or contracts.

  • The scope of services will be defined in writing prior to project commencement.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary resources required to deliver services.

  • Delays in approvals, content, or payments may impact delivery timelines.

3. Payments

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (advance, milestones, or final).

  • Delayed or incomplete payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All deliverables remain the property of Vimbs Solutions until full payment is received.

  • After full payment, ownership of final deliverables (software, code, designs, etc.) will transfer to the client unless otherwise stated.

  • Vimbs Solutions may retain the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

5. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all proprietary and confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

6. Warranties & Limitations

  • Vimbs Solutions will provide services with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation of delivered solutions.

  • We are not liable for losses arising from misuse, third-party integrations, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Support & Maintenance

  • Post-delivery support or maintenance will be provided only if included in the agreement or purchased separately.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other breaches material terms and fails to remedy within a specified period.

  • Upon termination, all dues must be settled immediately.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of [Insert Country/State].

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert Location].

10. Changes to Terms
